We are seeking a seasoned and commercially astute Category Manager - Health & Wellness to spearhead our full category strategy across both offline and e-commerce channels. This role is instrumental in driving sales growth, profitability, and ensuring an excellent customer experience through strategic planning in assortment, pricing, promotions, supplier management, and inventory availability.

To excel in this role, you will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 4-6 years of experience in FMCG or Retail Category Management, with a focus on Health & Wellness
• Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and commercial planning skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting
• Experience working with ERP/forecasting systems (desirable)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
