Our flagship product, an electronic patient care reporting (ePCR) system, empowers prehospital care teams to document accurately in the field, supporting leadership decisions, billing compliance, and organizational readiness.

As our RCM & Claims Advisor, you will optimize the end-to-end healthcare claims lifecycle for EMS services in a hybrid role based in Riyadh. Your responsibilities include:

• Analyzing claims workflows and identifying documentation gaps for billing.
• Advising product and operations teams on best practices and creating guidelines for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Ensuring our ePCR system supports compliant and efficient claims management.
• Monitoring regulatory changes, supporting audits, and recommending process improvements to enhance revenue cycle performance and reduce denials.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Proven expertise in healthcare claims handling and insurance claims, with a strong understanding of the claims lifecycle.
• Deep knowledge of claims management, denial management, reimbursement methodologies, and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to explain complex claims and RCM concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, preferably within EMS or prehospital care settings.
• Familiarity with local Saudi healthcare and insurance regulations, billing standards, and payer requirements.
• The ability to analyze data and documentation to identify patterns, risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment, collaborating with distributed teams using digital tools.
• A relevant academic background in healthcare administration, insurance, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
