Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of the Project Management Office (PMO), you will play a pivotal role in monitoring project performance, analyzing operational data, and preparing comprehensive governance reports. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate project and operational performance data to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and present periodic performance reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses to senior stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify performance trends, and highlight deviations requiring corrective action.
• Governance & Compliance Support:
  • Assist in conducting governance reviews and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to established standards.
  • Support the maintenance of risk, issue, and challenge registers to proactively manage project uncertainties.
  • Verify that project documentation aligns with PMO standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Process Improvement:
  • Evaluate existing business processes, procedures, and operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of PMO templates, documentation frameworks, and reporting standards to enhance consistency and efficiency.
• Stakeholder Coordination & Knowledge Management:
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to gather project updates, insights, and feedback for accurate reporting and analysis.
  • Support stakeholder satisfaction assessments and initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.
  • Prepare high-impact presentations, executive reports, and knowledge transfer materials to facilitate informed decision-making and organizational learning.

Qualifications & Experience

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Management, or a related field is required. A master’s degree, particularly an MBA, is highly advantageous.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of three years of relevant experience in PMO, project management, governance, organizational performance, or management consulting.
• Technical & Soft Skills:
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborative approach with the capacity to work effectively in a team-oriented, high-pressure environment.
