Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure and operations critical to the success of our transformative projects. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic IT Leadership: Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with the company’s long-term objectives, ensuring seamless integration of technology solutions across all projects.
• Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of robust IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud-based systems, to support operational excellence.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of IT projects while adhering to budgetary constraints and quality standards.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies, while proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks to minimize operational disruptions.
• Innovation and Optimization: Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies and implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and visitor experiences.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear and concise updates to senior management on IT project statuses, challenges, and opportunities, fostering transparency and accountability.
• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire IT teams to achieve operational excellence, while promoting a culture of collaboration, professional growth, and continuous learning.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, or a similar field, with a proven track record in leading large-scale IT projects.
• Strong expertise in IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks, with a focus on delivering secure and reliable technology solutions.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive alignment with business objectives.
• Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market, regulatory environment, and industry best practices is a significant advantage.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or related disciplines are a plus.
