Role Overview
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Optometrist to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this full-time, on-site position, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive eye care services to our valued clients. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting thorough eye examinations, diagnosing and managing visual impairments, and prescribing corrective lenses tailored to individual needs. Additionally, you will provide expert consultations to assist clients in selecting eyewear that aligns with their clinical requirements and personal style preferences. Your role will also involve educating clients on optimal eye care practices, maintaining meticulous patient records, and collaborating closely with the Lamha Optics team to ensure an exceptional experience for every individual who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of ocular health, vision science, and optometric practices to deliver accurate and reliable assessments.
- Diagnostic Proficiency: Conduct comprehensive eye examinations, prescribe corrective lenses, and identify ocular conditions with precision and efficiency.
- Advanced Equipment Utilization: Operate state-of-the-art ophthalmic and diagnostic instruments to perform examinations and assessments with the highest level of accuracy.
- Client Relations & Consultation: Provide exceptional customer care through effective communication, interpersonal skills, and a consultative approach to recommend tailored eyewear solutions that meet both clinical and aesthetic needs.
- Record-Keeping & Compliance: Maintain meticulous and detailed patient records while ensuring strict adherence to professional regulations, ethical standards, and industry best practices.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Lamha Optics team to foster a cohesive and client-centric environment, contributing to the overall success and reputation of the brand.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensure: Possess a valid license to practice optometry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or demonstrate eligibility to obtain one.
- Experience: Prior experience in optical retail, customer-centric environments, or clinical optometry is highly advantageous.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele and team members.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating modern ophthalmic equipment and diagnostic tools to ensure accurate and efficient examinations.
- Professional Attributes: Strong attention to detail, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of patient care.
