We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our accounting and financial reporting function as our Accounting and Reporting Manager. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting that supports strategic business decisions.

• Oversee General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports in compliance with IFRS.
• Ensure the accuracy of accounting records, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Develop, implement, and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Monitor financial performance and provide analysis and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage ERP accounting systems and support process improvement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
