Reef Holding, a leading innovator in digital transformation, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Software Development Manager to drive our enterprise software development initiatives. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to lead software engineering teams and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that support our business growth and operational excellence.

As a Software Development Manager, you will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and enhancement. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading software development teams and managing projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Establishing operational plans and prioritizing projects based on business impact and strategic objectives.
• Designing software architecture and integrating solutions with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, POS, and e-commerce systems.
• Driving adoption of Agile and DevOps methodologies to improve development efficiency and collaboration.
• Overseeing software testing, quality assurance, and application performance monitoring.
• Ensuring adherence to application security standards, data protection requirements, and code quality practices.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate operational needs into scalable software solutions and evaluate new technologies for innovation.
• Preparing regular reports on project progress and tracking team productivity.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7-9 years of relevant experience in software development and engineering leadership.
• A strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and enterprise application architecture.
• Experience with programming languages and frameworks such as .NET, JavaScript, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, DevOps, APIs, and systems integration.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Preferred certifications include PMP or Agile Project Management, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer, and advanced training in System Architecture Design, QA & Testing, and Application Security.
