• Responsible for driving sales and business development for our Freight Forwarding division.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
• Requirements: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the logistics industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in Arabic and English. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
