Enterprise Risk Management
As an Enterprise Risk Management professional, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our organization's financial health by proactively identifying, measuring, monitoring, and managing market risks. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating the dynamic landscape of interest rates, foreign exchange, equities, and commodities.
- Risk Assessment & Monitoring: Stay attuned to financial market trends and evaluate their potential impact on our company's portfolio and asset allocations.
- Financial Modeling: Develop, implement, and maintain robust market risk measurement frameworks, including Value at Risk, Expected Shortfall, and sensitivity analyses.
- Stress Testing: Scenario-test investment portfolios against historical and hypothetical market shocks to ensure our resilience.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present comprehensive risk reports, dashboards, and limit-utilization updates to inform senior management and risk committees.
- Compliance & Governance: Uphold internal risk policies and external regulatory requirements, promptly escalating any risk limit breaches.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Treasury, Investment, and Finance teams to provide risk insights and evaluate the risk-return profile of new products or strategies.
To excel in this role, you will possess a Bachelor’s degree in finance or economics, with professional certifications such as FRM or CFA highly preferred. Your proven experience of 6-8 years in market risk management, treasury risk, or investment analysis within banking, asset management, or corporate treasury will be complemented by your advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong hands-on experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools.
Your exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, acute attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders will be invaluable in this role. Professional fluency in English is essential.
