Join Our Team as a Pharmacist in Yanbu
Whites is seeking a dedicated and licensed Pharmacist to become an integral part of our expanding team in Yanbu. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care while ensuring compliance with the highest legal and ethical standards. As a Pharmacist at Whites, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, providing expert guidance on health-related inquiries, medications, and general wellness. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of our pharmacy operations, from prescription processing to inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
The Pharmacist will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including:
- Customer Consultation and Advice: Offering informed recommendations on health concerns, symptoms, and appropriate medications in response to customer inquiries, ensuring their well-being and satisfaction.
- Prescription Processing and Medication Dispensing: Accurately interpreting and filling prescriptions while adhering to regulatory guidelines to ensure patient safety and efficacy.
- Inventory Management: Ordering, stocking, and selling pharmaceutical products and related items, maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Medicine Control and Monitoring: Overseeing the delivery, storage, and labeling of medications and products, ensuring they remain in optimal condition and preventing issues such as expiration or deterioration.
- Regulatory Compliance: Strictly adhering to all legal requirements, rules, and procedures set forth by the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) to uphold the highest standards of professional practice.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrating attentive listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns, providing tailored information and advice to enhance their healthcare experience.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and possess the necessary skills:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: A valid license to practice pharmacy in Saudi Arabia, ensuring compliance with professional regulations.
- Experience: While prior work experience is not mandatory, it is highly preferred to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
- Technical Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of dosage administration, measurement techniques, chemical compounds, and medical brands to provide accurate and reliable pharmaceutical care.
- Flexibility: The ability to work across multiple locations within Riyadh, adapting to different environments as needed.
- Shift Work: Availability to work in various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate customer needs and operational demands.
