Senior Manager, Technology Operation Planning & Governance

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to oversee the end-to-end technology delivery and operations, ensuring high-quality services for our customers. This role involves managing LIC/contract vendor performance, monitoring technology spending, and driving IT performance to meet Sehati's goals.

• Manage end-to-end technology delivery and provide high-quality services to customers.
• Oversee LIC/contract vendor management, including technology vendor performance, SLA, and KPIs.
• Ensure the quality of our technology platform for consistent, high-quality services.
• Participate in tracking and controlling technology spending, with a focus on optimization.
• Manage IT performance and align activities and outputs with Sehati's goals.
• Assist in tracking technology obligations and vendor compliance.
• Contribute to process management and alignment to achieve Sehati's goals and desired outputs.
• Help in resource allocation to ensure effective and efficient performance.
• Participate in formulating the technology human resource plan and monitor its execution.
• Assist in managing and monitoring the overall test strategy.

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong managerial skills, strategic planning abilities, proficiency in software development practices, and a clear technology vision aligned with Sehati's goals. A deep understanding of the business environment and how technology can drive growth and efficiency is essential. You should also have proven experience in managing large-scale technology projects, identifying challenges, and devising creative solutions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to interact effectively with various stakeholders.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in computer information system, computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent. A Master's degree in a related field is preferred. Professional qualifications in IT Governance and PMP are also desirable. A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar field, with at least 2 years in managerial roles focusing on the healthcare sector and information technology, is required.
