Key Responsibilities

The Specialist Physician will be responsible for a wide range of clinical and administrative duties, including:

• Patient Care and Diagnosis: Deliver comprehensive medical care to patients in alignment with granted privileges, Fakeeh Care policies, and established clinical standards. Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop tailored treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all patient encounters, treatments, and procedures in accordance with Fakeeh Care’s documentation policies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional protocols.
• Patient Education and Communication: Provide clear, compassionate, and effective communication to patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care measures. Collaborate closely with attending physicians to ensure seamless care coordination for in-patients.
• Medical Procedures: Perform or assist in medical and surgical procedures within the scope of granted privileges. Uphold the highest standards of safety, precision, and patient-centered care during all interventions.
• Reporting and Documentation: Generate and deliver medical reports to patients in a timely and professional manner, adhering to Fakeeh Care’s standardized formats and guidelines.
• Professional Development and Training: Actively participate in departmental meetings, scientific activities, and educational initiatives. Contribute to the mentorship and training of junior medical staff to foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
• Policy Adherence and Improvement: Develop a deep understanding of Fakeeh Care’s policies, procedures, and values, and actively contribute to their implementation. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of healthcare delivery.
• Safety and Confidentiality: Prioritize patient and staff safety by adhering to established protocols and proactively addressing any potential risks. Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Cybersecurity and Ethical Compliance: Comply with cybersecurity policies to safeguard Fakeeh Care’s digital infrastructure. Participate in mandatory training programs to mitigate cyber threats and uphold the organization’s code of conduct and ethical standards.
• Mandatory Education: Complete all required educational modules and training sessions at least one month prior to their expiration dates to ensure ongoing professional competency.

Qualifications and Requirements

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Hold a Saudi Specialty Certificate or an equivalent credential in health sciences from an accredited institution.
• Experience: Possess 0 to 3 years of postgraduate experience in the relevant specialty within recognized hospitals or health centers.
• Licenses and Certifications: Maintain a valid license to practice as per the regional health regulatory authority (e.g., SCFHS, DHA). Possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and any advanced life support certifications applicable to the specialty.
• Language Proficiency: Demonstrate excellent command of both oral and written English. Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
• Skills and Abilities:
