Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from initial planning through to final delivery. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects meet stringent scope, schedule, and budget requirements while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Key Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager will play a central role in the strategic planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans that define scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Ensure that all project activities are aligned with organizational objectives and client expectations.
• Stakeholder and Team Coordination: Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to foster effective collaboration. Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, ensuring clarity and alignment among all parties involved.
• Budget and Financial Management: Oversee project budgets with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that expenditures are controlled and deviations are promptly identified and addressed. Implement cost-saving measures where feasible without compromising quality or safety.
• Schedule Management: Create, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules to track progress and ensure timely completion. Proactively adjust timelines as necessary to mitigate delays and keep the project on track.
• Quality Assurance and Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of quality by ensuring that all work adheres to project specifications, industry regulations, and building codes. Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance and address any deficiencies.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project scope, schedule, and budget. Maintain a vigilant approach to risk assessment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contract Administration: Manage all aspects of contract administration, including negotiation, execution, and compliance. Address any contract-related issues promptly and ensure that all parties fulfill their contractual obligations.
• Communication and Reporting: Maintain open and transparent communication channels with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Prepare and present detailed progress reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and required adjustments.
• Issue Resolution: Act as a problem-solver, identifying and resolving obstacles that may arise during construction. Implement corrective actions swiftly to prevent disruptions and keep the project moving forward.
• Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Compliance: Champion HSE initiatives by promoting safety awareness, participating in incident reporting, and ensuring adherence to company and IMS policies. Foster a culture of safety and accountability across all project teams.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and experience requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline is required. Professional qualifications such as PMP certification are highly desirable.
• Professional Registration: Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is mandatory to ensure compliance with local regulatory standards.
• Experience: Minimum of 18 years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Extensive experience (10+ years) in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region is a significant advantage.
