Key Responsibilities

The Senior Team Manager will lead a self-directed, multi-functional team to ensure the efficient intake, processing, and delivery of poultry products in alignment with internal customer requirements. The role demands strict adherence to product specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols while optimizing operational performance. Key responsibilities include:

• Team Leadership: Manage a high-performing, multinational workforce to drive productivity, efficiency, and adherence to performance parameters.
• Operational Excellence: Develop and execute production and maintenance plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with international quality standards, minimizing workplace accidents and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Process Optimization: Propose and implement plant modifications and process improvements to reduce costs, enhance service levels, and boost overall output.
• Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, bridging communication gaps and aligning diverse teams toward common goals.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs, mentor employees, and cultivate a high-performance culture within a multicultural workforce.

Qualifications & Competencies

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines).
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within the poultry or food manufacturing industry, preferably in a high-volume operational environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with automated process control systems and production technologies.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage multinational and multifunctional teams, fostering collaboration and driving performance.
• Communication: Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Safety & Compliance: Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality assurance, and adherence to international standards (e.g., ISO, HACCP).
• Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement data-driven solutions.
