Mechanical Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team. This position is tailored for recent graduates or professionals with up to two years of hands-on experience who are passionate about advancing their technical expertise while contributing to critical engineering projects and on-site operations. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play an integral role in designing, executing, and optimizing mechanical systems while ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Support: Collaborate with senior engineers to assist in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical engineering projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed technical drawings, reports, and project documentation using industry-standard software and tools to facilitate clear communication and compliance with engineering standards.
• Site Operations Assistance: Participate in site inspections to monitor project progress, verify compliance with engineering specifications, and ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with project teams, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to streamline communication, resolve technical challenges, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Troubleshooting and Solutions: Assist in identifying and resolving mechanical issues through systematic analysis and the implementation of effective engineering solutions to minimize downtime and enhance system performance.
• Additional Duties: Undertake other engineering-related tasks as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to continuous improvement in your role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Professional Certification: Active membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is a mandatory requirement for this position.
• Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to create precise technical drawings and reports.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Language Requirements: Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential to ensure clear and effective communication across all project stakeholders.
