About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing initiatives and lead our customer service team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing high-impact marketing, advertising, and public relations strategies that drive brand growth, enhance customer engagement, and maximize return on investment. As a strategic leader, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to align marketing efforts with overarching business objectives while fostering a dynamic and agile team environment.

Key Responsibilities

As the Marketing Manager, your core responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of strategic and operational functions, including:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing, advertising, and PR strategies tailored to the Real Estate Development sector. Your initiatives will be designed to elevate brand visibility, attract high-value clients, and position our organization as a market leader.
• Financial Oversight: Manage marketing budgets with precision, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize campaign effectiveness. You will forecast sales trends, evaluate campaign profitability, and provide data-driven insights to guide financial decision-making.
• Market Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of competitor activities, market trends, and economic indicators to refine pricing strategies and enhance our competitive positioning. Your insights will be critical in identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Cross-Functional Management: Oversee a diverse range of marketing activities, including content creation, digital channel management, corporate events, and client relationship management. You will lead a team of nine professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and develop your team, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and tools necessary to deliver exceptional results. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving team cohesion and achieving collective goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile

To excel in this role, you must possess a blend of strategic acumen, industry expertise, and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

• Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in marketing or real estate are advantageous.
• Experience: A minimum of eight years of progressive marketing experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or six years with a Master’s degree. Prior experience in the Real Estate Development sector is highly preferred, as it provides valuable insights into market dynamics and client expectations.
• Skills and Competencies:
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Arabic is required to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and local markets.
  • Financial Acumen: A strong understanding of financial principles, budget management, and ROI analysis to drive informed decision-making.
  • Negotiation and Presentation: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to deliver compelling presentations to internal and external audiences.
  • Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in data analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
