Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Assist in the comprehensive planning of projects, including site layout design, scheduling, and resource allocation, to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Your strategic input will help optimize workflows and mitigate potential delays.
• On-Site Supervision and Quality Assurance: Oversee daily site activities with a keen eye for detail, monitoring progress, enforcing quality control measures, and ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Your vigilance will be crucial in maintaining high standards of workmanship and operational efficiency.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless collaboration. Address any conflicts or challenges that arise, ensuring all parties are aligned with project goals and timelines.
• Material and Equipment Management: Oversee the procurement, delivery, and storage of materials and equipment, guaranteeing that supplies are available when needed and stored in accordance with project requirements. Your organizational skills will help prevent shortages and delays.
• Technical Guidance and Support: Provide expert technical direction to workers and subcontractors, resolving operational challenges and clarifying project specifications. Your ability to troubleshoot and communicate effectively will enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain precise and comprehensive records of site activities, including progress reports, site logs, and as-built drawings. Accurate documentation is essential for tracking milestones, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and facilitating audits or reviews.
• Safety and Compliance: Champion health, safety, and environmental (HSE) initiatives by enforcing safety protocols, conducting regular inspections, and implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks. Your commitment to safety will help create a secure working environment and ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards.
• Budget Monitoring and Cost Control: Track project expenditures and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality. Your financial acumen will contribute to staying within budget constraints while delivering exceptional results.
• Client and Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with their expectations. • Incident Reporting and Resolution: Participate in incident reporting processes, analyze root causes, and implement corrective measures in line with company policies and Integrated Management Systems (IMS). Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you must possess the following:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline, providing a solid foundation in technical principles and project management.
• A minimum of five years of relevant work experience in site engineering or a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineering, demonstrating your professional competence and adherence to industry standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to address technical challenges and optimize project performance.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, allowing you to effectively coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as experience implementing HSE initiatives on-site.
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools to streamline planning, documentation, and reporting processes.
