Key Responsibilities

• Front-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-centric websites and landing pages tailored for healthcare and wellness clients. Translate UI/UX designs into polished, scalable, and reusable front-end code to ensure seamless user experiences across all devices.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work in close partnership with designers, digital marketers, and project managers to deliver cohesive, high-quality digital solutions. Contribute to discussions on SEO strategies, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and performance-driven enhancements to maximize client success.
• Performance & Optimization: Implement front-end best practices to optimize website speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. Conduct thorough testing to ensure flawless functionality on desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms while adhering to industry standards for usability and maintainability.
• CMS & Website Management: Oversee the maintenance and updates of WordPress websites and other CMS platforms. Execute content updates, design layouts, and reusable templates to support ongoing client needs and feature enhancements.
• Quality Assurance: Identify and resolve front-end bugs, visual inconsistencies, and usability issues. Perform rigorous cross-browser and device testing to guarantee reliable performance and uphold high coding standards across all projects.
• Continuous Learning & Growth: Stay abreast of emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry trends. Engage in code reviews, seek mentorship from senior developers, and proactively enhance your technical expertise and problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills

We are looking for a motivated candidate with a strong foundation in front-end development and a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences. Ideal applicants will meet the following criteria:

• Experience: 0–2 years of hands-on front-end development experience, including internships, freelance projects, or entry-level roles. Prior involvement in live website or web application development is highly desirable.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience—demonstrating a solid technical foundation.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with responsive and mobile-first development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.js is advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Understanding of SEO-friendly front-end development practices.
• Tools & Workflows:
  • Experience with Git or other version control systems.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Basic knowledge of website performance optimization and cross-browser testing.
• Soft Skills:
