Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Packer to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing and loading shipments while ensuring all items are securely and accurately prepared for transit. This position reports directly to the Crew Leader, who will provide guidance and supervision to ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Shipment Preparation: Accurately pack orders according to specifications, ensuring proper labeling, weighing, and documentation to meet delivery requirements.
• Quality Control: Inspect items for damage or discrepancies before packing to maintain high standards of order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Efficient Loading: Collaborate with the team to load packed shipments onto delivery vehicles in a timely and organized manner, optimizing space and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate records of packed items, including tracking inventory levels and reporting any discrepancies to the Crew Leader.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines, including proper handling of materials and equipment to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and meet daily production targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a packing, warehouse, or logistics environment is required.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in written English is considered an advantage, enabling clear communication with team members and supervisors.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions with attention to detail.
• Reliability: Commitment to punctuality, dependability, and maintaining a consistent work ethic in a team-driven setting.
• Background Check: Successful candidates will undergo a thorough background verification as part of the hiring process.
