Cyan WaterPark, a leading leisure and entertainment destination in Jeddah, is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. We offer memorable water-based experiences for visitors of all ages and are committed to safety, customer satisfaction, and high-quality service standards.

In this full-time, on-site role, you will manage and optimize Cyan WaterPark’s online presence to increase brand awareness, drive visitor engagement, and support ticket and package sales. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and executing digital campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels.
• Creating and scheduling engaging content, and managing social media communities.
• Coordinating online promotions and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Analyzing web and campaign data, preparing performance reports, and recommending improvements based on insights.
• Staying updated on digital marketing trends and proposing new ideas to enhance our online visibility and customer experience.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Strong Social Media Marketing skills, including content planning, publishing, and community management.
• Proven Digital Marketing and Online Marketing skills for developing and executing multi-channel campaigns.
• Web Analytics skills for tracking, measuring, and optimizing digital performance.
• Effective Communication skills for clear messaging and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ideally, experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and basic SEO practices.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Relevant experience in hospitality, entertainment, or retail marketing is beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
