Engineering Manager

As our Engineering Manager, you'll be the operational heart of Faena's technical world, ensuring every system, space, and installation performs flawlessly. You'll lead our engineering team in safeguarding ultra-luxury standards, delivering seamless guest experiences, and maintaining operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations of all hotel engineering systems, implement preventive maintenance programs, and respond to technical challenges with precision and discretion.
• Pre-Opening Readiness: Support commissioning, testing, and handover of hotel systems, collaborate with contractors and vendors, and contribute to the creation of SOPs and departmental protocols.
• Safety, Compliance & Sustainability: Ensure adherence to Saudi regulations, conduct regular inspections, and identify opportunities for energy and resource efficiency.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and inspire the engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence and supporting recruitment and development of team members.
• Collaboration & Performance: Work closely with the Director of Engineering to manage budgets and vendor contracts, collaborate with other departments, and drive continuous improvement.

We're looking for an experienced engineering professional with a background in luxury hospitality, strong leadership skills, and knowledge of Saudi regulations. Fluency in English is required, with Arabic being a strong advantage.
