Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Architect to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Architect will play a central role in the architectural team, overseeing the development of comprehensive design solutions while ensuring alignment with project objectives, client expectations, and regulatory standards. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Design Development and Documentation: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, design packages, and technical documentation that meet industry standards and project specifications. Your work will serve as the foundation for construction and regulatory approvals.
• Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with structural engineers, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) specialists, and other stakeholders to integrate diverse technical inputs into cohesive architectural solutions. Effective communication and collaboration are essential to ensure project coherence.
• Design Reviews and Compliance: Conduct thorough design reviews to validate adherence to project requirements, client briefs, and authority regulations. Your keen eye for detail will help mitigate risks and ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Regulatory Submissions and Approvals: Lead the preparation and submission of authority packages, navigating the approval processes with precision and efficiency. Your expertise in regulatory frameworks will be critical in securing timely approvals.
• Tender Documentation Support: Assist in the development of tender documentation, providing clear and accurate technical specifications to facilitate competitive bidding and procurement processes.

Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications and professional standards:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, providing a solid foundation in architectural principles and practices.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 8 years of hands-on architectural experience, with a focus on large-scale projects in residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, or healthcare sectors. Your portfolio should demonstrate a track record of delivering high-impact designs.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Revit and BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows, enabling you to create detailed, data-rich models that enhance collaboration and decision-making. Familiarity with other industry-standard software will be considered an advantage.
• Professional Registration: Active registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE), ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements and professional standards.
