Key Responsibilities

• Sales Team Collaboration: Provide essential day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the sales team, ensuring seamless commercial operations and alignment with business objectives.
• Product Demonstrations & Training: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and clinical training sessions to healthcare professionals, empowering them with the knowledge and skills to utilize our medical devices effectively.
• Product Installations & Onboarding: Oversee the installation of medical devices and manage the client onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition and optimal user experience from day one.
• Performance Contribution: Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth, support performance initiatives, and contribute to the achievement of business targets and revenue goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, clinicians, and procurement teams, to foster trust and drive product adoption.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between internal departments, including sales, marketing, logistics, and customer support, to ensure timely delivery of services and consistent, high-quality support to clients.
• Travel Requirements: Embrace the opportunity to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, or support regional business initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you will bring a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in the medical device or broader healthcare industry. A deep understanding of medical technologies, clinical workflows, and regulatory standards will be a significant advantage. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence professional audiences, including clinicians, administrators, and technical teams.
