Job Overview
We are collaborating with a dynamic and rapidly expanding health technology enterprise to identify a seasoned Partnership Manager – Health Tech who will spearhead commercial growth initiatives across the Saudi insurance sector. This pivotal, senior-level position is designed for an autonomous professional capable of cultivating and nurturing strategic partnerships with health insurers, Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), and large corporate employers. In this role, you will be instrumental in amplifying the company’s footprint in Saudi Arabia by positioning its cutting-edge preventative healthcare solutions as a reliable strategy to mitigate claims costs and enhance employee health outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Commercial Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy tailored to the Saudi insurance market, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term growth objectives.
- Relationship Management: Establish, maintain, and expand relationships with key stakeholders, including health insurers, TPAs, self-insured employers, and large corporate organizations to foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Senior Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior decision-makers such as HR Directors, Chief Financial Officers (CFOs), Medical Directors, and actuarial teams to advocate for the company’s preventative healthcare solutions and secure buy-in for partnership initiatives.
- Pipeline Development: Identify, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities, ensuring a steady flow of high-potential leads and strategic engagements.
- Business Case Presentation: Craft and deliver compelling, commercially focused business cases that highlight measurable financial and healthcare outcomes, demonstrating the tangible value of the company’s solutions.
- Contract Negotiation & Execution: Lead the negotiation and closure of pilot programs, partnership agreements, and long-term commercial contracts, ensuring favorable terms and sustainable partnerships.
- Regulatory & Procurement Navigation: Expertly navigate the complexities of Saudi healthcare regulations and procurement processes to ensure compliance and streamline partnership onboarding.
- CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain rigorous Customer Relationship Management (CRM) discipline, proactively managing your sales pipeline and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance.
- Industry Representation: Represent the company at high-impact industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities across the Kingdom, enhancing brand visibility and fostering industry connections.
Essential Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of five years of Business-to-Business (B2B) sales or partnership experience within the Saudi market, with a proven track record of success.
- Industry Network: An established network within the health insurance, TPA, employee benefits, or large corporate sectors in Saudi Arabia.
- Sales Excellence: Demonstrated ability to close complex enterprise sales, with a focus on delivering measurable results and long-term value.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong financial and commercial awareness, coupled with the ability to present Return on Investment (ROI)-based business cases that resonate with key stakeholders.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities, with a keen ability to build trust and credibility across diverse audiences.
- Location: Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate to the city to fulfill the role effectively.
