MEP/HVAC Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP/HVAC Supervisor to join our team at KAFOU in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as a proven track record in supervising and managing projects.

• Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate the work of MEP/HVAC technicians and subcontractors.
• Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with relevant codes and regulations.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Coordinate with other project managers and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an MEP/HVAC Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of MEP/HVAC systems and relevant codes and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Valid Saudi driving license.
