Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our expanding team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, laboratory, or medical equipment sectors to contribute to our growth across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business development, building strategic relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of sales initiatives within our target markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, generating high-quality leads within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, laboratory, and industrial sectors.
- Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from initial prospecting to contract award and post-sales support, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Tender Management: Monitor and manage procurement opportunities on Etimad and NUPCO platforms, submitting competitive proposals in a timely manner.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, pharmaceutical manufacturers, laboratories, universities, and government entities.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to prepare accurate quotations, commercial proposals, and technical submissions tailored to client requirements.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with engineering and project teams during the execution phase to ensure alignment with client expectations and project milestones.
- Client Engagement: Conduct on-site client visits, deliver compelling presentations, and perform product demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.
- Post-Sales Support: Follow up with clients after project completion to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for future business engagements.
- Sales Tracking: Maintain precise sales forecasts and regularly update the CRM system to reflect progress and pipeline status.
- Performance Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in Saudi Arabia, with a proven track record in selling medical equipment, laboratory equipment, pharmaceutical equipment, cleanroom solutions, or healthcare technologies.
- Procurement Platforms: Hands-on experience with NUPCO and Etimad procurement platforms.
- Business Growth: Demonstrated success in generating new business and cultivating long-term client relationships.
- Government Procurement: Solid understanding of government procurement processes in Saudi Arabia.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with the capacity to work independently while leading sales initiatives.
- Licensing: Valid Saudi driving license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry Expertise: Experience in cleanrooms, controlled environments, or GMP-regulated facilities is highly advantageous.
- Project Experience: Background in laboratory fit-out projects, validation, commissioning, or healthcare infrastructure projects is desirable.
- Networking: Existing relationships with hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, universities, and government organizations will be considered a significant asset.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Nationality: Saudi nationals are preferred; candidates with a transferable Iqama are also encouraged to apply.
