Business Development Specialist - Jeddah

Mars Media Solutions, a dynamic player in the digital media sector, is seeking a full-time Business Development Specialist to join our growing team in Jeddah. We specialize in enhancing client visibility, engagement, and brand presence through targeted digital media initiatives across the Middle East.

In this role, you will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and present tailored digital media solutions that meet our clients' needs in the Middle East market. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting market and competitor research
• Generating and following up on leads
• Preparing proposals and presentations
• Coordinating with internal teams for effective service delivery
• Tracking sales activities and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools
• Supporting contract negotiations and account onboarding
• Collaborating with marketing and operations to refine offerings and improve client satisfaction

We are looking for candidates with:

• Strong analytical skills and market research capabilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Effective lead generation skills and familiarity with sales pipelines
• Proficiency in basic business and productivity tools
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in digital media, advertising, or a related industry, especially within the Middle East market
• The ability to work on-site in Jeddah, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
