Role Overview

The Reels Content Creator will play a pivotal role in shaping Bonn Medical Industries’ social media strategy by producing visually engaging and strategically crafted short-form videos. This position demands a keen understanding of social media trends, storytelling techniques, and audience engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will transform creative marketing concepts into high-impact visual narratives that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and foster customer loyalty across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Conceptualize, film, and edit high-quality Reels and short-form videos tailored for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Develop creative product videos that highlight the unique features and benefits of Bonn’s healthcare, cosmetics, and personal care brands.
• Produce diverse content formats, including behind-the-scenes footage, educational tutorials, customer testimonials, and brand storytelling videos.

Event & Field Coverage

• Document and cover product launches, marketing campaigns, industry exhibitions, and corporate events to capture real-time brand experiences.
• Conduct on-site visits to pharmacies, hypermarkets, retail stores, and point-of-sale locations to create authentic field content.
• Capture high-definition footage that showcases product placement, customer interactions, and in-store brand visibility.

Video Production & Editing

• Edit videos using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut to ensure professional-grade output.
• Incorporate motion graphics, subtitles, seamless transitions, background music, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.
• Ensure all content aligns with Bonn Medical Industries’ visual identity, brand guidelines, and messaging standards.

Creative Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to brainstorm content ideas, campaign themes, and innovative video formats.
• Stay ahead of social media trends and propose fresh, data-driven content strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
• Contribute creative insights to campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, customer retention, and digital growth.

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in content creation, videography, or social media production.
• Proven expertise in filming and editing short-form videos for platforms like Reels, TikTok, and Shorts.
• Proficiency in video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent tools.
• Strong grasp of social media dynamics, content trends, and audience behavior across digital platforms.
• Exceptional storytelling abilities and a keen eye for visual composition, lighting, and framing.
• Willingness to travel within Riyadh to cover events, retail locations, and field activities as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience creating content for cosmetics, healthcare, personal care, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) brands.
• Basic knowledge of photography and lighting techniques to enhance video quality.
• Experience collaborating with content creators, influencers, or cross-functional marketing teams.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and emerging digital content technologies is advantageous.

Work Conditions

• Full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Field-intensive role requiring regular travel to pharmacies, hypermarkets, retail outlets, and company events.
