We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to support our F&B Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and driving financial success.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high-quality standards.
• Manage shift schedules, coordinate tasks, and maintain adequate staffing levels for operational efficiency.
• Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Support financial performance tracking, sales analysis, and profitability improvement.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and control costs to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling, financial reporting, and budgetary guidelines.
• Create a welcoming and professional environment, providing exceptional guest service and addressing inquiries promptly.
• Monitor guest satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve loyalty and retention.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred), with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant or food & beverage management. Proven track record in supervising staff, managing operations, and delivering high-quality guest service. Ability to stand for extended periods, with no visual or auditory impediments. Food Safety or Restaurant Management certification is a plus.
