Systems Engineer

Azeus Systems Limited is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our expanding support team for our flagship product, Azeus Convene.

Azeus Convene is a multi-awarded meeting and collaboration solution, trusted by leadership teams across over 100 countries worldwide.

As a Systems Engineer, you will design and implement robust systems architectures, ensuring our security frameworks are uncompromising. You will lead and collaborate with systems administrators and project teams to manage system configurations, and select the most cost-effective and efficient hardware and software to meet project requirements.

• Key responsibilities include:
• Setting up servers with hardening and firewall policies between servers
• Leading the implementation of Azeus applications in client premises and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, KSA cloud, etc.)
• Identifying and analyzing system integration problems, and resolving server issues
• Formulating and implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Identifying recurrent tasks and recommending automation tools
• Providing on-call support for case resolution

We are looking for a fast learner with excellent problem-solving skills, strong organizational abilities, and the flexibility to adapt to changing shift schedules. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills are also crucial for this role.
