Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dermatologist to join our full-time, on-site medical team in Jeddah. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional dermatological care to staff and eligible dependents, encompassing a comprehensive range of services from clinical assessment to advanced cosmetic treatments. Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough consultations to evaluate and diagnose a wide spectrum of skin, hair, and nail conditions, including acute and chronic dermatological disorders such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, and inflammatory skin diseases.
• Treatment Planning and Management: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs, ensuring optimal outcomes while adhering to the latest medical guidelines and best practices.
• Procedural Expertise: Perform minor dermatological procedures, such as biopsies, cryotherapy, and intralesional injections, with precision and care to address both medical and cosmetic concerns.
• Cosmetic Dermatology Services: Provide non-surgical aesthetic interventions, including chemical peels, laser treatments, and injectables, to enhance patient satisfaction and support their cosmetic goals when clinically appropriate.
• Preventive Skin Care Education: Offer expert guidance on preventive skin care strategies, including sun protection, skincare routines, and lifestyle modifications, to promote long-term skin health and prevent common dermatological issues.
• Collaborative Care: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, allergists, and occupational health specialists, to ensure seamless continuity of care and holistic patient management.
• Health Education and Outreach: Participate in health education initiatives, workshops, and awareness campaigns to promote dermatological health and wellness within the organization and the broader community.
• Occupational Health Support: Assess and advise on skin conditions that may impact an individual’s fitness for work, providing recommendations to mitigate risks and support a safe working environment.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain meticulous and accurate medical records in accordance with organizational, regulatory, and infection-control standards, ensuring full compliance with all applicable health and safety protocols.

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: A medical degree (MD or equivalent) with completed residency training in Dermatology. Board certification or equivalent recognition in Dermatology is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.
• Professional Licensure: A valid license to practice medicine in the relevant jurisdiction, with eligibility to obtain local registration in Jeddah as required by regulatory authorities.
• Clinical Experience: Proven experience in diagnosing and managing a diverse range of dermatological conditions, with a focus on cosmetic dermatology and cosmetology. Prior experience in occupational or travel-related medicine, as well as in multicultural clinical environments, is desirable.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in performing minor dermatological procedures and providing non-surgical aesthetic treatments, with a commitment to staying current with advancements in the field.
• Patient-Centered Care: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the ability to clearly explain diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive measures to patients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
• Ethical Standards: A strong commitment to ethical medical practice, patient confidentiality, and continuous professional development, coupled with adherence to safety and infection-control protocols.
