Position Overview

The IT Integration Solutions Manager plays a pivotal role in aligning ASMO’s technological advancements with business objectives by overseeing the seamless integration of IT systems and applications. This position requires a strategic leader who can design, implement, and optimize integrated solutions to enhance data flow, interoperability, and operational efficiency. The Manager will lead the IT Integrated Solutions unit, ensuring alignment with corporate goals while driving innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

The IT Integration Solutions Manager will be responsible for the following core functions:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Contribute to the development and execution of the IT Solutions department’s short to mid-term strategic plan, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities. Lead the IT Integrated Solutions unit to support financial and strategic objectives through the creation of annual business plans.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the IT Solutions department. Analyze performance data to recommend corrective actions and drive improvements from the perspective of the IT Integrated Solutions unit.
  • Needs Assessment and Solution Design: Evaluate ASMO’s business needs, assess available technologies, and design integration strategies that align with organizational objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and define solution architecture.
  • Integration Strategy Implementation: Develop and guide the implementation of integration strategies, including interface specifications. Work closely with development teams to ensure successful integration of systems and applications.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Design comprehensive test plans, execute tests, and verify that integrated systems meet specified requirements. Identify and resolve issues through root cause analysis, collaborating with development teams to address defects and enhance system performance.
  • Documentation and Training: Create detailed documentation for integrated solutions, including system designs, technical specifications, and user manuals. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of integrated systems and applications.
  • Vendor and Supplier Collaboration: Engage with external vendors and suppliers to implement third-party solutions that meet ASMO’s integration requirements. Oversee the onboarding and integration of customers and suppliers into the ASMO IT landscape.
  • Cloud and SaaS Integration Oversight: Manage the integration of IT/Cloud systems, processes, and SaaS applications within ASMO to ensure seamless operational workflows.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and manage the performance of direct reports by setting annual objectives, providing mentoring, coaching, and constructive feedback. Identify training and developmental needs in collaboration with the Human Capital Department to bridge knowledge gaps and foster continuous progression within the team.
  • Organizational Structure Optimization: Contribute to defining an optimal structure for the IT Solutions department via the IT Integrated Solutions unit, ensuring smooth workflows, operational efficiency, and optimal resource utilization.
  • Budget and Financial Management: Provide input into the preparation and consolidation of the IT Solutions department’s budget for the IT Integrated Solutions unit. Monitor financial performance throughout the year, identify areas of unsatisfactory performance, and recommend mitigating actions.
  • Change Management and Compliance: Identify and manage the implementation of change initiatives on systems, processes, and practices, considering international best practices and business environment changes. Recommend improvements to departmental procedures and ensure adherence to ASMO’s standards, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for the continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices by leveraging international leading practices to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT integration, strategic planning, and team leadership. Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in IT integration, system architecture, and solution design.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Proficiency in documentation, testing methodologies, and user training.
  • Experience in budget management, vendor collaboration, and change management initiatives.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing, SaaS applications, and IT compliance standards.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to drive alignment and collaboration across departments.
