Digital Solutions Specialist

The Digital Solutions Specialist is responsible for managing the company's data center operations, designing and implementing the internal network infrastructure, and overseeing the integration of existing organizational systems to ensure seamless connectivity and operational efficiency.

• Data Center Management: Manage day-to-day operations of the company's data center, including servers, storage, and power/cooling systems. Monitor data center performance and ensure uptime, security, and capacity planning. Implement and maintain data center policies, backup procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
• Network Infrastructure: Design, establish, and maintain the company's internal network (LAN/WAN). Configure and manage network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, access points). Ensure network security, monitor performance, and troubleshoot connectivity issues. Plan network scalability to support company growth.
• Systems Integration: Take ownership of existing company systems (ERP, CRM, databases, applications, etc.). Ensure integration and interoperability between different systems and platforms. Identify inefficiencies or gaps in current system architecture and propose solutions. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on system upgrades and integrations.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in network administration, data center operations, or systems integration. Strong knowledge of networking protocols, server infrastructure, and virtualization. Experience with system integration tools/middleware is a plus. Relevant certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar) preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
