About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a seasoned and visionary Assistant Manager - Cybersecurity Security Architecture to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a transformative role in elevating Qiddiya’s security posture. You will be responsible for crafting and executing a resilient security architecture that aligns with industry-leading best practices and stringent regulatory requirements, thereby fortifying our resilience against evolving cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture Leadership: Establish and enforce security design principles and standards that serve as the foundation for secure system and application development across the organization.
• Risk Mitigation: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of existing security architectures to identify vulnerabilities and recommend strategic enhancements to mitigate risks effectively.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with IT, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of security architecture throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and operational phases, fostering a unified approach to security.
• Technology Advancement: Stay at the forefront of cybersecurity innovation by continuously monitoring emerging technologies and integrating advanced solutions to strengthen our security architecture.
• Team Development: Provide mentorship and leadership to team members, cultivating a culture of security awareness and accountability throughout the organization.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and deliver compelling presentations on cybersecurity architecture strategies to stakeholders and executive leadership, ensuring alignment and buy-in for security initiatives.
• Vendor and Partner Management: Engage with external partners and vendors to evaluate potential security solutions, ensuring they align with our architectural goals and enhance our overall security posture.

Qualifications and Experience

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is advantageous.
• Professional Expertise: Proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise-level cybersecurity architectures for complex IT environments.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of security frameworks, standards (such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls), and industry best practices.
• Analytical and Strategic Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, coupled with a forward-thinking and innovative mindset to address evolving security challenges.
• Certifications: Highly desirable certifications include Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Architect (CISA).
