Hard Services Supervisor - Misk Schools

The Hard Services Supervisor plays a pivotal role in maintaining Misk Schools' physical environment by overseeing the performance of hard services service providers, ensuring optimal building functionality, and driving continuous improvement.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance and repair of MEP systems, collaborating with service providers to ensure peak performance.
• Respond to maintenance requests, conduct regular inspections, and manage reactive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure service providers' compliance with Misk Schools' policies and update technical documentation.
• Coordinate service provider meetings, project plans, and work timetables, and assist in procurement processes.
• Contribute to maintenance budget development and ensure compliance with established service standards.
• Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people, following school safeguarding policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or related field.
• Facility management professional certification and LEED certificate (preferred).
• +4 years of relevant experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong technical background in MEP systems and maintenance techniques.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Windows, iOS, MS Office, CAFM/CMMS systems, and dashboards (Maximo experience preferred).
