Retail Manager - Riyadh (with frequent travel)

The Retail Manager is responsible for driving the overall performance, execution quality, and operational coordination of our retail store network, with direct reporting lines from store managers and teams. This hands-on, performance-driven role focuses on sales growth, operational discipline, and consistent execution within our luxury fragrance retail environment.

• Retail Performance & KPI Ownership: Full ownership of retail performance, KPI tracking, and driving sales targets. Regular performance reviews with store managers.
• Store Leadership & Reporting Line Management: Direct management of store managers and teams, ensuring clear communication and addressing performance gaps.
• Store Operations & Network Coordination: Coordinate store operations, ensure readiness, identify issues, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Field Presence & Store Visits: Maintain a strong field presence with regular store visits, evaluate performance, and provide clear follow-up actions.
• Merchandising & Luxury Execution: Ensure merchandising reflects luxury positioning, monitor displays, and coordinate with brand partners.
• New Store Openings & Expansion: Actively participate in new store openings and contribute to network expansion initiatives.

We seek a passionate retail professional with a strong performance-driven mindset, comfortable managing multiple stores and priorities in a fast-paced, fast-growing environment. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred, along with proven retail management experience, ideally in luxury or fragrance retail.
