Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technician to join our dynamic healthcare team. Key Responsibilities

The CT Technician is responsible for a wide range of duties essential to the efficient operation of our CT imaging services. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Proficiently operate a variety of CT systems, including the ability to quickly adapt to new equipment and emerging technologies. Perform routine warm-up sequences on CT scanners to optimize the performance and longevity of X-ray tubes, ensuring consistent image quality and equipment reliability.
• Patient Care and Positioning: Accurately position patients to capture precise images of specific anatomical areas. Provide clear explanations of scanning procedures, obtain informed consent, and address any patient concerns to ensure a comfortable and reassuring experience. Conduct thorough patient screenings to identify any contraindications or special requirements.
• Radiation Safety and Sterilization: Sterilize radiologic equipment meticulously to uphold the highest standards of infection control and patient safety. Administer radiocontrast agents when necessary to enhance the visibility of internal organs and tissues, ensuring optimal diagnostic outcomes while minimizing patient discomfort.
• Image Evaluation and Quality Assurance: Assess CT scans to determine their technical quality and accuracy. Evaluate preliminary findings and present images and insights to physicians for further analysis and diagnosis. Maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure compliance with diagnostic imaging standards.
• Professional Conduct and Compliance: Uphold the integrity and privacy of all patient information in strict accordance with regulatory requirements. Failure to maintain confidentiality will result in severe consequences, including financial penalties and contract termination. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and objectives, as well as ongoing quality improvement initiatives, safety protocols, environmental standards, and infection control measures.
• Team Collaboration and Reporting: Coordinate efficiently with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver seamless patient care. Handle technical inquiries and provide regular performance reports to support operational excellence. Report to Radiology Administration promptly in the event of emergencies, illness, or absences to ensure continuity of services.
• Regulatory Adherence: Strictly follow internationally recognized guidelines, including those set by the Joint Commission International (JCI) and CBAHI (local credentialing), to maintain accreditation and deliver world-class healthcare services.

Qualifications and Skills

• Certification or licensure as a CT Technician, with proven experience operating CT imaging equipment.
