IT Team Leader

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional with 7-10 years of experience to lead our development teams as an IT Team Leader. This operational leadership role requires strong hands-on involvement and close engagement with development activities and the codebase.

• Role Purpose: Lead daily technical execution, ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines, and maintain technical alignment with the CTO and management.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign development tasks, track progress, and manage priorities.
  • Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and resolve complex issues.
  • Monitor CI/CD pipelines, manage containerized environments, and ensure application performance.
  • Prepare and present weekly progress reports.
• Required Technical Skills (Hands-on Experience):
  • Flutter, Node.js, PostgreSQL, React.js, TypeScript, Redis, CI/CD, Docker, TanStack Query
• Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • 7-10 years in software development and technical leadership roles
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional development teams
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills
