Your Role as Room Care Technician – Engineering

• Assess and fix guestroom-related issues efficiently, using the necessary equipment.
• Perform maintenance tasks in rooms, including electrical, furniture, and basic repair jobs.
• Handle guests and team inquiries professionally and resolve room care complaints promptly.
• Complete assigned work orders, room inspections, and document all tasks performed.
• Choose the correct tools and parts from stores and maintain accurate usage logs.
• Report observed room damages to supervisors and recommend appropriate solutions.

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in the same role with a luxury 5-star property.
• Secondary education required; vocational certification and trade qualification preferred.
• Strong technical skills in trade, basic computer literacy, and knowledge of safety and building systems.
• Proficient in English, able to work independently and adapt to diverse environments.
