Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account professional to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time, on-site position is designed for an individual who excels in client relationship management and strategic account growth. As the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless project execution while driving client satisfaction and business expansion. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of strategic and operational tasks, all aimed at delivering exceptional value to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for key clients, fostering long-term partnerships built on trust and mutual success.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with creative, production, and other internal teams to align on client objectives, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and meet high-quality standards.
• Proposal Development: Prepare comprehensive proposals, presentations, and strategic recommendations tailored to client needs, showcasing our innovative solutions and capabilities.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign performance, providing clients with actionable insights and recommendations to optimize results and maximize ROI.
• Business Development Support: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services, contributing to revenue growth and client retention.
• Client Engagement: Represent Red Production KSA in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, ensuring alignment with our brand values and client expectations.
• Account Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, project progress, and forecasts, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the engagement.
• Deadline Management: Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to scope, budget, and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of strategic acumen, interpersonal skills, and industry experience. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Proven Experience: A track record of successfully managing key client accounts, including relationship building, needs assessment, and ongoing communication.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with marketing, branding, or media production workflows, with a keen understanding of creative and operational processes.
• Organizational Excellence: Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities, enabling you to handle complex projects and tight deadlines with ease.
• Communication Proficiency: Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a valuable asset for engaging with local clients.
• Strategic Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution capabilities, ensuring smooth client interactions and project outcomes.
• Technical Competency: Comfortable using CRM systems and account management tools, along with proficiency in standard office software such as spreadsheets and presentation tools.
• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in a client-facing role.
