Role Overview

As a Sales Associate within the Lifestyle division under Majid Al Futtaim Operations, you will play a pivotal role in championing exceptional customer service standards in alignment with our corporate guidelines. Your primary responsibility will be to understand and anticipate customer needs, ensuring their experience is nothing short of extraordinary. You will serve as the frontline ambassador of our brand, addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally while escalating issues to the Store Manager when necessary. Every interaction will be guided by a customer-centric approach, fostering loyalty and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence: Deliver a seamless and memorable shopping experience by addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed established sales targets through advanced selling techniques, including up-selling and cross-selling opportunities, while maintaining a customer-focused mindset.
• Product Knowledge & Merchandise Support: Demonstrate thorough product knowledge to assist customers in selecting the right merchandise. Recommend complementary items or alternatives within Majid Al Futtaim’s fashion brands if the desired product is unavailable in-store.
• Store Standards & Operations: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, tidiness, and visual merchandising. Support in-store tasks such as replenishment, stock rotation, and presentation to enhance the shopping environment.
• Security & Loss Prevention: Adhere strictly to store security policies and procedures to minimize stock loss and ensure a safe environment for both customers and colleagues.
• Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with the Store Manager and team members to contribute to sales goals, operational efficiency, and a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

• High School Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• 1-2 years of relevant industry experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service and building rapport with diverse clientele.
