Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. This full-time, on-site role is pivotal in delivering outstanding front office services, ensuring seamless guest interactions from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, embodying the warmth, professionalism, and efficiency that define our brand. Key Responsibilities

• Guest Services: Welcome guests with a courteous and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, addressing guest inquiries and requests with attentiveness and care.
• Communication & Coordination: Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure timely resolution of guest needs and seamless operational flow.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area. Process payments accurately, update guest records in the property management system, and handle basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving to resolve issues to the guest’s satisfaction while adhering to company policies.
• Operational Support: Assist in maintaining the front office’s smooth operation by ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked, equipment is functional, and the reception area is clean and inviting at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrated ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a friendly, professional, and service-oriented manner.
• Receptionist Proficiency: Strong phone etiquette and the ability to manage front desk operations with efficiency and poise, including handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Technical Competency: Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems. Proficient in data entry, document handling, and record-keeping.
• Organizational Agility: Exceptional time-management and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience & Language: Prior experience in hospitality, front office operations, or a similar customer-facing role is highly desirable. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a valuable asset.
