ExeQut, a trusted vendor for enterprise apps and portals, is seeking a mid-level One Identity Manager Administrator to support our identity management services. Our proprietary development process ensures on-time delivery, avoidance of common design mistakes, and reduced total lifecycle cost. The Administrator will be responsible for:

• Administering and supporting the One Identity Manager platform in production and non-production environments.
• Managing user provisioning, deprovisioning, role assignments, and access request workflows.
• Supporting identity lifecycle processes, including joiner, mover, and leaver activities.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting synchronization, provisioning, and workflow issues.
• Working with connectors, application integrations, and directory services such as Active Directory.
• Assisting with account reconciliations, access reviews, and identity data quality.
• Performing routine platform maintenance, configuration changes, and issue resolution.
• Supporting incident, request, and problem management activities within SLA timelines.
• Preparing and maintaining technical documentation, SOPs, and support runbooks.
• Collaborating with infrastructure, security, and application owners on IAM-related tasks.

Required qualifications include:

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or related support/admin roles.
• Hands-on experience with One Identity Manager administration and support.
• Knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and provisioning concepts.
• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, SQL, and Windows-based enterprise environments.
• Good troubleshooting skills across workflows, synchronization, and connector-related issues.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• The ability to work in a support-driven environment and manage multiple priorities.
