Experiences Specialist

We are seeking an Experiences Specialist to support our team in delivering impactful experiences and achieving meaningful results through creativity, innovation, and strategic thinking.

• Develop experience layouts, flows, and activity breakdowns.
• Prepare experience documentation, checklists, and execution guides.
• Support visitor journey mapping and experience sequencing.
• Coordinate with internal teams on experience related requirements.
• Assist during on ground setup and live execution of experiences.
• Monitor visitor interaction and report experience issues.
• Collect feedback and document observations post-event.
• Support updates and improvements to experience frameworks.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in interior design, Marketing, or related fields. 2+ years of experience in experience or event-related roles.

Skills: Experience execution support, research and documentation, team collaboration.

Language: Fluent in Arabic, Conversational in English (B2)
