Project Manager - Road Infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Project Manager to lead complex road infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate, with over 10 years of experience, will serve as the primary point of contact for Amanah (Municipality) stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing the full project lifecycle, from mobilization and financial planning to final handover, ensuring projects are delivered with the highest quality standards, within budget, and on schedule.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years specifically as a Project Manager handling large-scale road/municipal projects in KSA.
• Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of road construction technologies, material testing, and infrastructure project lifecycles.
• Core Competencies: Proven track record of delivering municipal projects on time and within budget. Expertise in contract management and dealing with government tenders. Excellent bilingual communication skills (Arabic/English) to handle both field teams and high-level stakeholders. Decisive leadership style with a strong focus on problem-solving and strategic planning.
