Key Responsibilities

The Finance Analyst will be responsible for a diverse range of financial activities, including:

• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Conduct detailed financial analyses to provide actionable insights for management decision-making.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the development of budgets, forecasts, and business plans in collaboration with department heads and senior leadership. Monitor financial performance against approved budgets and identify variances for corrective action.
• Treasury and Cash Management: Assist in managing treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and working capital optimization. Support treasury-related projects and initiatives as required.
• Financial Operations: Contribute to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
• Audit and Compliance: Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation, addressing audit findings, and implementing recommendations to enhance financial controls and compliance.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within finance operations. Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization to provide financial insights, support strategic initiatives, and drive business performance. Serve as a trusted advisor to non-finance stakeholders on financial matters.
• Special Projects: Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments as directed by management, contributing to the achievement of departmental and organizational goals.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Recent graduates with 0–2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (advanced skills preferred) and PowerPoint. Familiarity with accounting principles, financial analysis techniques, and ERP systems is a plus.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail. Ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Professional Attributes: Demonstrated commitment to accuracy, professionalism, and ethical conduct. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of work quality.
• Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic is considered an advantage.
