QA/QC Manager - MEP

The QA/QC Manager - MEP is a pivotal role responsible for leading and managing the Quality Control and Quality Assurance functions within the assigned location. Collaborating closely with the head of operations and other functional managers, the incumbent ensures that products consistently meet or exceed customer expectations and adhere to quality and compliance standards.

• Develops and implements quality control plans and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory requirements.
• Conducts regular quality audits and manages the non-conformance and corrective action process to ensure timely and effective resolution of quality issues.
• Supervises QA/QC plans, ensures accurate and up-to-date quality documentation, and delivers quality training programs to all employees.
• Establishes project quality objectives, builds and implements a control system for suppliers and subcontractors, and manages project quality requirements with the project owner/consultant and project management team.
• Supports the implementation of HSE initiatives and contributes to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 15 years of working experience, with at least 10 years in a relevant role and 5 years in the GCC.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Electrical/Mechanical.
• Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equivalent).
