Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive financial planning and analysis strategies for core assets, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling. Ensure financial plans are aligned with Qiddiya Investment Company’s strategic goals and growth objectives.
• Financial Performance Management: Monitor and analyze the financial performance of core assets, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for optimization. Provide actionable insights to senior leadership to support informed decision-making and resource allocation.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop accurate and realistic financial projections. Continuously refine forecasting models to reflect market conditions, operational changes, and strategic initiatives.
• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Present findings to executive leadership and stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial health metrics.
• Investment and Capital Planning: Evaluate investment opportunities and capital allocation strategies for core assets, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial objectives and risk tolerance. Provide recommendations on funding sources, including debt and equity financing.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, asset managers, and operational teams to gather financial data, assess performance, and drive initiatives that enhance profitability and sustainability. Foster a culture of financial accountability and transparency across the organization.
• Risk Management and Compliance: Identify financial risks associated with core assets and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies to safeguard the company’s financial integrity.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable. Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or FMVA are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Prior experience in the entertainment, sports, or real estate sectors is preferred but not required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools). Strong knowledge of ERP systems and financial reporting frameworks.
• Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights. A strategic mindset with a focus on long-term value creation.
• Leadership and Communication: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven track record in presenting financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
