Site Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Manager to oversee and lead all site construction activities for our Oil & Gas EPC construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil or related discipline) and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing large-scale site execution and construction activities within the Oil & Gas industry.

The role involves coordinating with various teams, including engineering, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and project teams, to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The Site Manager will be responsible for monitoring project progress, resolving site-related issues, and ensuring compliance with client specifications and project quality standards.

Candidates with GCC/Saudi Arabia experience are highly desirable. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of project planning, safety regulations, quality standards, and resource management, as well as proven experience managing manpower, equipment, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
