Private Label Product Planning Specialist

We seek a strategic and data-driven Private Label Expert to drive product planning for our overseas business, with a primary focus on the development and category management of Private Brand (PB) products. This role involves formulating product strategies and category structures that resonate with local consumers, informed by local market trends and user behavior.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying business opportunities and optimizing product assortment through data analysis and market research to enhance product competitiveness.
• Leading the end-to-end process of new product development, from product selection and positioning to packaging, pricing, and marketing coordination, to bolster the market competitiveness of PB products.
• Fostering close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, procurement, quality control, and operations, to ensure effective product planning and achievement of business objectives.
• Developing and refining localized product management methodologies to elevate the professionalism and forward-thinking nature of the product planning system.
